Went to the acura dealer looking for a car i saw online, chris Newton greeted me when i walked in and didnt hesitate to help me find the car i was looking for. As a first time car buyer they didnt haggle me into anything i didnt want and i didnt feel pressured, overall 10/10 would reccomend acura they seemed really fair unlike some dealers i was shopping at.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. We purchased it from a distance and Bob did a nice job at communicating about the car and was very accommodating at helping to arrange our pick up of the vehicle. When we arrived to pick up the car is was a very seemless process for doing the paperwork. There was one minor issue with the car and Bob and the sales manager made sure we were completely satisfied regarding the issue. Based on our experience I highly recommend this dealership.
