I have now had two amazing experiences at the Courtesy Body Shop, with Adam Eckerle and his team. Last year, we had damage to one of our cars that involved insurance that all worked out great. Adam worked with the insurance company to get all original manufacturer parts and a set price, and the work done by his team was fantastic. And on time as promised. Then today Adam went a step beyond. My wife had a minor parking lot incident damaging her car. When I took it in for an estimate, Adam came out to look at the car, and on his own put everything back together in the parking lot in about 15-20 min! He had just had surgery. And he gave me the time to work on our issue. The guy knows what he's doing, and goes over and above the call of duty. There may be other body shops, but the Courtesy group's body shop and Adam take the customer service experience to another level. I would recommend them without question if you need body work done.
