The team at Five Star is the best in the business! I am in sales and customer service myself so please read on to understand why I feel this way. I had been shopping for a truck for a couple weeks outside of Grays Harbor, thinking bigger city, more inventory, better deal. I couldn’t have been more wrong. After being disappointed and frustrated with other dealers just trying to sell me what they thought I wanted, I reached out to a close friend who reminded me that doing business close to home with great people is the way to go. That’s when I was connected with Allen and his team at Five Star. They listened to me, paid attention to my expectations, went above and beyond and went out and found me my perfect truck! In less than 24 hours, Allen and team had the truck I was looking for onsite at their dealership. Even then, their main focus was still ensuring my expectations were met. Allen even offered to send a member of his team to pick me up to help make things easy. When I arrived at Five Star I was greeted by a friendly staff. I was quickly introduced to my dream truck. Allen had delivered on his promise. After an informative introduction to the truck and a test drive, we started the paperwork and the other formalities of the purchasing process. This is usually the most painful part of buying a new vehicle but Five Star did everything to make it easy. Matt fed me coffee and kept me laughing during my short wait. He was also an expert on the vehicle and helped with all things related to the setup and any other questions related to the vehicle. Dave was a true professional when it came to the paperwork and answering any questions I had about financing and warranty. My experience was great from start to finish! All of the people that I worked with were professional, kind and friendly. My sales person Matt is the best, and this is why I highly recommend asking for him personally! I needed a way to get there to pick my car up so Matt arranged Ryan to come get me in the company vehicle. With Ryan, I was met with a friendly face, had plesent conversation on the drive, and he was also a safe driver! Upon arriving, I met with Dave to handle my financing. He was friendly and informative when helping me understand my choices and made the normally daunting process of paperwork a breeze!
