2023 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

Very down to earth. No haggling required. Feel like we got the best price on our trade-in and got our new vehicle under MSRP. They were very honest about the market. Answered all our questions. Ordered our new GMC Canyon AT4 In mid May and got the first week of July. Excellent turnaround time. Love the vehicle so far. Unfortunately, it has developed some headlight flickering at night, which is starting to become a known problem with multiple reports on the forms and social media, but I have Made an appointment with the service department. This is not the dealerships fault. Our salesman was John M. And he was excellent and straightforward, and our appraiser was Justin, and he also gave us what our vehicle was worth for the current market conditions and was very apologetic when it was actually a little bit less than quoted because the market dropped, but he was very straightforward explaining it. All around excellent experience.

I had a great salesman! His name was Austin Douglas and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He made my experience with purchasing a new vehicle very comfortable. Tiffany was also a great help with getting me the best rate for my loan!

This was the best truck and SUV buying experience I've ever had. John was our sales rep and he was fantastic. He didn't try to push anything and was super knowledgeable about every detail of the truck I wanted. Tyler their finance manager was a breeze to work with. I bought my 2022 Silverado from them last Thursday 8/10 came back tonight 8/15 with my wife and purchased a gorgeous GMC Terrain for her. We recommend this dealership over any other!
