I recently bought a 2025 Outback XT and it was the easiest car buying experience ever. I was searching for a reliable, reasonably priced daily driver and stopped in Stivers one Sunday morning to test drive a used Outback found online. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Duarte who easily answered all of our questions as we had never driven a Subaru and really didn't know anything about them, except for their reputation of being well-built, reliable vehicles. While we contemplated other vehicles, the answer became clear this was the smart choice. And, given the new car special financing, we decided to buy a new 2025. Stivers and Daniel have exceeded our car buying expectations. The communication was excellent while we waited on our new outback to arrive and the customer service has been exceptional.

I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Sport from Stivers Subaru, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. Hunter Dennis, my sales advisor, was incredible. He was friendly, patient, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. He took the time to explain everything, from under the hood to the exterior and interior features. His thorough explanations of the vehicle’s safety features and reliability made me feel confident in my decision. One of the things I appreciated most was that there were no high-pressure sales tactics, either from Hunter or his manager. During the process, I even changed my mind about my initial vehicle choice, and Hunter was more than willing to meet with me again, offer a second test drive, and provide a fair negotiation when I switched to my final decision—the Forester. The entire experience felt comfortable and transparent, which played a big role in my decision-making. When I picked up my new Forester, Hunter took the time to walk me through all the key features and ensure I felt comfortable driving off the lot. I was also impressed by the follow-up a week later to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s clear that Stivers Subaru values their customers and provides exceptional service even after the sale.
