2020 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

Always a good experience at Kline Volvo Maplewood. Since we purchased our 2023 XC60 (which in itself was a great experience) Bo and/or Scott have taken care of our service needs. I can’t fault the customer service at all. Thank you for your attention and professionalism.

I have a pretty strong aversion to dealerships, so I was hesitant to branch out of my comfort zone. But man I wanted a Volvo. I tried the other place that will not be named, but I was more or less ignored and seen as a “tire kicker” Then I started to talk to Kline Volvo and met Madison, their business manager, Austin, and their sales manager, Grant. They treated me like a person, which I really appreciated. They were attentive and honest and worked out to make sure my experience was nothing but perfect. I look forward to seeing them when I get my service done here. 12/10 experience 100/10 quality people.

I worked with Jeremy, who sold me a used Equinox I was interested in. This was such a nice and easy process. We drove the vehicle I came in to look at. I asked for financing and Jeremy got me set up with their finance department. It didn't take very long. When ai drove the suv, the heat didn't come on right away. It did come on while we drove it. Jeremy assured me if there was any problems, he would get them resolved. After getting the vehicle home, I did notice that the heat was intermittent. Jeremy kept his word and took care of getting my vehicle back to the shop and get the heat issue fixed. They technically didn't have to do this since I bought it as is. I am very pleased that Jeremy and Kline Volvo showed me excellent customer service and integrity. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Kline and I would refer any of my friends to Jeremy. His customer service and people skills are top notch. Thank you
