I just want EVERYONE know that Thompson Collision is the best over all body shop and also customer service experience is above any I’ve come across in along time. They toke care of my Porsche 911 like it was there’s. My rep Rick was amazing and thoughtful throughout the repair. And even fixed minor scratches that he saw. I would recommend Thompson Collision to everyone that love the babies like they will.
I was in a search for a Toyota Sienna. After leaving a dealership around the corner and having a negative experience, I decided to check Thompson’s website and saw they had just gotten a used Sienna in. Upon pulling into the parking lot a Lexus caught my eye. I looked at it and it was in amazing condition for being 19 years old. I looked it up on the website and was shocked to see how much work( all stuff that should be done) was done to the vehicle. They clearly thought it was a great car too to invest $4,200 into it. Decided to go in to talk to someone, but was disappointed they closed at 6. Fred happened to be the only one there and was friendly, gave me his card and said come back at 8 am. I did just that and bought the vehicle. Fred in sales and Nick in finance were great to work with. I’ve bought many cars and this definitely ranks up there with being one of the best experiences. Fred also delivered the car to me 45 minutes away. I highly recommend Fred and the Thompson organization.
