2020 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

I bought my new Bronco Sport when they first came out in 2021. I've been very pleased with my service visits and especially with the mobile service (a software update) that was performed recently at my home. I've already recommended Ford service to several friends. And of course I love the Bronco Sport.

Overall good experience. Parts had to be ordered and there was a little bit of back and forth, but nothing drastic. Recommended services are very pricey though and we were able to find alternatives that were much cheaper. Regardless, we will continue to utilize Beau Townsend for certain services. We feel like they are an honest dealer.
