Jay at Patriot made buying our brand new Wagoneer the easiest car purchase I've ever made. He worked my consultant to get me an out the door price that included a great price vs. MSRP, ensured I got as many rebates as we're available, and even got the car delivered to me next day - the day before Thanksgiving - across the state. All in we spent maybe 20 minutes on the phone sealing the deal. I had been jerked around by another dealer closer to me, wasting 3 hours of my time.
