I traveled to Maine from south Florida to visit family. On the day I started my 2-day drive back to Florida, my car started vibrating. When I searched for Subaru mechanics in the area of Saco, Maine, I found Patriot Subaru. Jackie was my service representative. She was able to fit me in the schedule. The mechanic, Billy, diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes (instead of the anticipated 2 hours). Showing me pictures of the problem, Billy explained everything and answered all my questions. Jackie kept looking for the parts needed (2 axels & a differential) that could be delivered that day (instead of the 3 to 5 days needed for the "normal" parts channel). The car was repaired the next day and I was on my way home at lunch time. I was able to get home as scheduled (although later in the day). The car/repairs performed flawlessly. I did NOT have to fly home (for work) and leave the car for repair (then fly back the next weekend). Jackie & Billy went "above & beyond" to take care of me. Their salaries should be increased! Both the tow truck driver and family members told me that Patriot Subaru had a great reputation. They were not kidding. My thanks again to Jackie, Billy, & Patriot Subaru!
