Plenty of parking, easy access for disabled, nice waiting areas. Staff are personable and the managers aren't hidden in the back. This is good because that means they are transparent with their negotiations and pricing. They offer complimentary refreshments while you wait, unlike other places (the Nissan dealership just down the street) set up an actual snack stand. The only reason I take off a star is because of the lighting inside. I have migraines and florescent lighting is a huge trigger for this. I understand the price of florescent is cheaper than LED up front, but it's shorter lived and causes more issues upon disposal.
I cannot thank Mike Maroone Honda enough for their amazing customer service! The associates Will, Mike B., and Austin were phenomenal with helping me purchase my dream car!
