2025 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

I have told everyone I know how impressed I am with my service at Harper Acura’s service dept yesterday! Courtney Lynn was my service consultant and she was amazing! She is very organized, experienced, she anticipated any questions I might have had by explaining everything thoroughly, great at communication, and has a charming personality! I was very impressed when I received a text with a link displaying everything that was checked on my car along with the results, a live video explaining an issue they found, and they even provided an estimate for repair as well as asked if I would like to proceed or decline the repair. I think Harper’s service dept did an outstanding job yesterday and made a stressful event into a very smooth experience!

I had the absolute best experience with Harper Acura! Bonnie was the most sweetest saleswoman I have ever met! Everyone was also very nice and professional. I would absolutely recommend this dealer.

Kody was exceptional!! He was patient as it took me about 3 mo to decide what I really wanted to replace my car with. He knew the cars very well and was not pushy. He didn’t try to “sell” me, but allowed me to come to decision in my own by providing me with plenty of knowledge and answering all of my questions honestly. Considering that i was buying a top tiered model, that was important to me. He always responded to texts in a timely manner, and was very professional and kind throughout the transaction and my decision making process. The finance manager was equally kind and helpful, and they treated me like and old friend. The amount that they gave me on my trade was very fair, too! My experience at Harper Acura was probably the best that I have had buying a car. I would highly recommend them!
