He never pushes me to "add on" a purchase, and he gives me his honest feedback on my vehicle. Very, very positive experience! We live an hour away and called about a used Alpha Romeo we were interested in. We were very impressed they let us put a deposit down to hold it until we could get there to make the purchase. Once at Crest everything was great! Jimmy and Ryan both super friendly and helpful. We were thinking we would have to drive back to pick it up after securing financing but Jimmy set us up with a better finance plan. There was NO high pressure to purchase the car or to finance with them or get additional warranty ( but we did actually get). Dealing with Crest was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had ( and we own a lot of cars). Can’t say enough good things about them. The car is awesome too!

Jimmy went the extra mile to get me in the vehicle that I wanted at the numbers that I was willing to work with. Not only was Jimmy efficient and professional, he was also very personable. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. To top off the sale at Crest the Sales Manager, Phil, personally followed up with me. This was both unexpected and appreciated.
