Our second experience purchasing with Ziegler Lowell did not disappoint. While their inventory of what we wanted was limited because multiple Explorers sold that week, Mason Wade and the sales manager worked on finding a few vehicles that fit our criteria within minutes and they arrived two days later. I got into my first accident and had to buy my first car. It had been a super stressful time, however, Mason and his team made this process SO easy! They walked me through every step of the process with care. Justin called me after I inquired about a car they didn’t have and instead offered me a similar model. He asked all the questions about my price range, what I was looking for, miles on the car, etc. and he did it without being pushy. Later that day I had a test drive scheduled and found the car I bought! Mason helped me through the process flawlessly and I bought my car on a Friday night, it had a few things to fix, and I had it Monday afternoon! They even gave me a loaner in the meantime.
