The sales person and the financial manager were very helpful and patient with me. Very friendly atmosphere. The only problem is that you will be there all day. There was no coffee, tea, or any refreshments like other car dealer places. Other than that it was a good experience. Love my Toyota RAV4.

Everyone was so welcoming and very polite! They had donuts and drinks for the customers. I dealt with Ivonne and Igor and they were amazing! I went in interested in a specific car but I also wanted to check out another car (which is the one I ended up buying) and Ivonne let us take our time and really look over both of the vehicles. She didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had. Igor handled the financing/purchasing aspect. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction. He ran our paperwork through multiple times for different down payment amounts, with/without a trade in vehicle, and with/without a co-signer and he did it all graciously and with no complaints. We were there for a while, but it is a process, but it was so worth it in the end. Overall, the whole experience was a pretty great one and I would recommend going to them. They have a lot of very nice vehicles to choose from also. After I picked out the car and got approval and was just waiting to sign papers, all the staff came up and congratulated me on my new car and expressed how nice of a car it was. And at the end of it all, Ivonne put on my new plate for me and brought out a giant red bow and took my picture with my new car. I LOVE IT ??
