I had the pleasure of dealing with Randy Blackwell. He’s straight up, knowledgeable and honest. The vehicle I was interested in was at the Lansing location but I live close to the Kalamazoo location and had limited time and wasn’t able to make it to Lansing for a test drive. Not an issue for Randy, he went and personally drove the truck to the Kalamazoo location so I could test drive it! He was able to tell me what he liked and didn’t like about the vehicle and really showed me that he wanted to make sure I was comfortable. During the purchasing process, Randy was on it!
