2023 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

Super friendly staff and a seamless transfer of vehicles! I drove 5 hours after setting up an appointment with Mark in sales to test drive and inspect a vehicle of interest. To my delight, the vehicle was well beyond my expectations. Mark and I took the drive and there was no haggling or pressure so without hesitation…..I bought the car. Every facet of the sale was smooth! I also want to thank Peter too for his piece setting up financing and his persistence with some sort of a warranty before signing my name! This was my first time buying my own car from a dealership. Jim G did a great job giving friendly, fun service! It was a 2 day process to get my car, but Jimmy made sure we were comfortable, happy, and kept reassuring us that we would get through! He kept us entertained with wonderful stories about his children and his youtube channel! Thank you Jimmy G for helping us out! ????

I wish I could give this dealership a 10/5 review! We have four other Toyota dealership nearby, but we always go to KENOSHA for cars. I would have to say we are a pretty big Toyota family. Our driveway looks like a dealership, haha. We have bought multiple cars from this dealership, and we will continue to buy from them. We even bought one just last year as well. This year, we worked with Maks initially, who then introduced us to Kevin and Mike (the managers). They are just REAL people. The place is like a family environment. They don’t have any hidden costs, and actually offer better deals than any surrounding place I’ve been to for a car. All three individuals worked tirelessly, even after hours for me one time, because they cared about our need for a car: They go above and beyond for their customers. I really needed a car and they found me one as soon as possible. Every time I called, I was able to speak to one of these individuals for updates. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota, or for that a matter, a new car. We are very happy with our purchase (they found exactly what I wanted and MORE)!
