2021 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

This dealership is literally the best in the valley! It’s worth a drive out even if you’re coming from Pinal County trust us! I showed up with a desire to just to test drive this unique A91 CF Edition Supra and before leaving Mike McClure’s personality and easy going demeanor sold us on giving them a chance. The sales manager, Karl, even came over, and no not like what you’re used to, be pushy, he was equally easy going, just made small talk but sincerely asked if there was any chance in early my business. Even after leaving and cancelling an appointment later that week to get my modified 2022 IS350 F Sports appraised, I had a follow up call and email from Rashad. Again, another easy going sales person, and when I came in to give them a chance to appraise my car and try to work something out, Rashad assured me like Mike did, that they would get something done. Still not believing them, I receiving a call from a Doug and then an email from the GM. Who does all this on a chance? This team does! So, we filled out a credit app and told them where we wanted to be and still not believing them, I got a call the next morning from Ryan Scotti in finance and he said we got it done! I was blown away, still believing they’d try to sell me on more, and even upon signing they simply gave me options but weren’t pushy. We got out of a great car into another great car. When our lease is up on our SUV, we’ll give this dealership first dibs on earning our business again. I’d like to not that when went to every Lexus dealership in the Valley, Toyota & BMW and they just showed carelessness and greed. This team & dealership just really has the right stuff going. The team doesn’t know that I’m also in sales as part of my primary job function, millions in sales a year, so I am a pretty tough judge in salesmanship and ethics. They earn 10 stars across the board. Please don’t change what you did and the team you have, they are worth keeping and so is your way of doing business. They have to make money obviously but they do it the right way. Round of applause for the entire team! Update: I woke up to a video the next day from my sales person Mike! The excellence just doesn’t stop!

I had an amazing experience here with Vinny! Everyone that I met was super wonderful, very low pressure environment. It was very much appreciated. Completely night and day from another Lexus dealership in the valley. They worked with me and made my dream of owning my first Lexus a reality. I am so excited that I found a place that I would feel comfortable doing business with in the future!
