Recently it was making a strange noise from the front end very concerning, we were torn as to where to bring it to have it looked at, Lexus dealership or where we purchased it. I called Tarr Hyundai and spoke with service advisor Marcus Nichols. He was extremely reassuring, polite and professional. I was very comfortable making an appointment to have my car looked at. The service department was terrific! The technician Jeff that looked at our car was also extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He Located a rock wedged between the frame and control arm bushing and fixed the problem fairly quickly. we so appreciate his expertise as well as Tarr Hyundai. Had an excellent experience with our recent purchase. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist even helped out by showing me around and inducing me to the parts manager. The finance manager explained everything in detail throughout the buying process.
