Excellent experience from browsing to buying. Brian from the Ford dealership helped us select the vehicle that made sense for us and explained the pros and cons of our buying options. He took us over to a neighboring lit to try out or her trims. Everyone who helped us along the way was perfect to make a deal with. We left in a stunning suv that met all our needs at a price we could afford. And it fit better in our garage than our old car!

James, my sales rep was super patient and laid back. Never once did I feel stressed or pressured into making a decision. He was knowledgeable about the cars he showed me, when I asked him questions he didn't have a solid answer for he found the answer. The finance guy (sorry I don't remember your name) had a great sense of humor and wonderful taste in music. The manager, sorry I don't remember your name either, was polite and patient as well. The night I purchased my car we were there pretty late, despite the late hour they were still friendly pleasant to work with. I have to say this was the best car buying experience I've had. ????
