2023 Acura RDX A-Spec

We had such a great connection with Chris Brookhyser. He is such a nice man and we really enjoyed our car buying experience. From the moment my husband connected with him on the phone, we knew that he was not your typical sales consultant. We would recommend Chris to everyone. He showed us in detail every option, helped us with setting up features and was so knowledgeable about ALL cars in general and the car industry in general. Chris has so much experience in the car industry and is truly a great person!

Shaun was very friendly and straightforward, he got me into a used Toyota Rav4 Hybrid (trade-in) at a great price with no theatrical haggling. I truly felt like he wanted me to walk away happy with the purchase. Jake in finance was also very professional and helpful. This was not my first car purchase, but it was my first time financing a car and he gave me thorough answers to my many questions. They arranged to let me get it checked out by my unfailingly honest mechanic who gave the car of clean bill of health. Overall I am a very satisfied customer!

Shout out to the Team at Dwayne Lanes in Arlington. Especially Tom in the service department. We had a difficult situation with a warranty (purchased elsewhere). We needed a transmission and they took our truck in, helped assist with the warranty from a different sales lot and not only that, Tom was professional, reliable, returned all of our many phone calls. I will definitely be back in the future whether its maintenance or for a car purchase. I will also be telling all my friends about my experience. 5 stars!!
