I have never been so excited to leave a review! 5 stars is not enough! This place and their team members are amazing ! Super knowledgeable, helpful and supportive! I recently bought a 2024 MXD and I’m so happy with my SUV ! As a mom of 3 I needed a vehicle that fits all my mom needs and when I tell you -I got exactly that ! Thank you Robbie the best sales guy ever ! He’s Super helpful ,patience ,knowledge ,great listener ,kind with great customer service! Had an amazing experience! First time car buyer and nothing bad to say! I’ve had my used 2015 Kia Soul for just about a week now! Robbie, my sales rep, was fantastic and his coworker Michael Brusa was awesome as well! Robbie made sure to be transparent every step of the way and made the whole process less stressful! Michael was easy going and even sparked conversation with me while I waited for my car to be ready to drive away ?? The finance manager Trevor has been exceptional with his follow ups and making sure that my purchase experience went well! He made the financing process much less scary than it already was and made sure to thoroughly explain the details I had questions about! Great team! I will definitely be back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership.
