It was a great experience for the most part. I new which vehicle I wanted and the out the door price, more or less. They tried to offer me a few things that I did not want or need, but ultimately took almost all of them off the final deal. My only gripe was that they ran my credit, when I told them not to. I had my own financing but they still ran it. Overall, I ended up with the vehicle I wanted, and at a decent price.
