Quick, diligent, friendly and affordable! Was able to book an appointment for Service A for my Sprinter on a week’s notice. (No big city has appointments for weeks) Service was set for Saturday 9 am but we arrived early at 8 am and they took us in right away. Chris at the service department patiently answered all my questions and told me he’ll get us in and out as quickly as possible. We had an 8 hour drive ahead and their urgency was thoroughly appreciated. They had our van ready in an hour and 20 mins, with two techs working on it to make things faster. I paid just $317 for their service A. That’s unbeatable pricing compared to most other Sprinter service centers around the country.
