2023 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

We just leased an electric vehicle - but we were looking at other models initially and had no intention of going all electric. We spent several appointments with Adam (because we couldn’t decide what we wanted). He was patient, considerate and knowledgeable. Not pushy but answered every question we had and researched what he wasn’t sure about. I would highly recommend dealing with Adam! We are very satisfied.

Mr. Van Horn done an outstanding job making sure he kept up with me by calling talking to me, checking to see the times, the date I was coming. Mr. Van Horn made sure I had something to drink, eat, that I was comfortable, he also made sure my vehicle was clean, full of gas. I never gotten this type of service from any other sales person at none of the car dealerships since I been driving and I’ve been driving over 20 years. I will like to say Thank you for the things you done and yes I’m recommending more and more people to him to get cars. God Bless

I recently bought a 2024 Toyota 4-Runner and the service department did an excellent job adding a remote start and the Michigan package (undercoating, leather protection, etc) I dropped it off Wednesday night and it was done by 11am on Thursday and it was delivered to me without even asking!! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Labadie Toyota. 5 stars all around. Ashley via text, John H. in Sales, Scott in Finance and the entire Service Dept. Kudos to all of you. Great service is hard to come by these days never mind an entire Company offering excellent service!!
