I have a 2021 Stinger GT1 that I really love and wanted to test drive the new Acura TLX SPEC S at this place to see if it was a better car for me. I met a salesman Phillip Belarschmitt who I gotta say was the absolute best guy for sales and overall I ever met in any dealership anywhere. I'm a car enthusiast and this guy was the most knowledgeable and cordial guy I ever met in any dealership and I go to dealerships everywhere testing cars to see if they're something I would want over mine! I'm looking for the absolute Best car in my range of money which unfortunately is $60,000 but soon I hope over this. Philip was the most intelligent & informed guy I ever met anywhere and knew about his Acura more than anyone I'd previously seen anywhere at any dealer. He's so good I threw at him terms most guys don't have a clue about but he was right on in every question I had about the model TLX-S. I expected someone who kinda knew but but didn't know it all but this guy is a car guy just like me which was great! I mean he knew EVERYTHING bar none. If I had to buy this car he would've been the guy who would've convinced me because he was so knowledgeable. Thanks Phil for a great and informative time and I just wish it was Sun up instead of Sundown when we did this since I could've enjoyed it a lot more. The problem was the color which was discontinued for 2024 and the engine just didn't have the oomph my car does plus seating is too high for me but still a great car IMO!
Brittney and Seth were absolutely amazing to work with !! Their patience, understanding and helpfulness made buying a car less nerve racking... Brittney was more then happy to answer any and every question I had even if it was a dumb one!!! She even helped get everything set up on my new car and made sure I knew what the features did!!! Phil was the first person my wife and I met at Bobby Rahal Acura. We went to look at a vehicle we saw online. Phil was very friendly. He took us for a test ride in the vehicle, and showed us many of the features. My wife and I were very impressed with how helpful and courteous Phil and other staff members at Bobby Rahal were.
