A13 service. First in 7 am Saturday took about 1.5 hours. Service writer professional and thorough, gave price estimate when making appointment. Accepted email discount coupons. Also answered longstanding question another Acura dealer said could not be accommodated, heDlighr vertical adjustment. Facility much cleaner and better maintained with customer snack and beverages that other Acura dealership scrimps. Will return.
Recently bought a used car from them, and I had a great experience! Elliott was my salesperson and he was excellent! They were very conscious of my time, working around my tight schedule, getting me the best information and the best loan rates. Since buying the car, I've had a couple issues come up with it that I wish had been found by the mechanics team, such as the check engine light coming on within a week of owning it, but overall, I felt very comfortable with the dealers and the experience in an of itself was one I would use again for sure.
I'm thrilled with my new RDX. I purchased it yesterday and it was a great experience. I don't purchase vehicles very often and I didn't know what to expect. A shout out to Will W, my salesman, who showed me exactly what I wanted and made the process so easy. Bonus because he's a veteran and I love working with veterans.
