Brandon is my service advisor at Lexus of Santa Fe. He is always kind, cordial, attentive and very polite. He always works with me to get me in in a timely manner. He also always does what’s been asked and doesn’t hesitate to go one step further. I highly recommend Lexus of Santa Fe all around. I wanted to share my positive experience with Brandon Grey and the service team at Lexus of Santa Fe. They did an excellent job in simplifying the service process for me. We took our Lexus into the Santa Fe NM dealer for our 25,000 mile service. Ron assisted me in receiving the car. He said it would approximately about 2 hours. Since i had no way to get home, i made myself comfortable in one of the waiting rooms. Ron notified me about 11am that there was some additional work to be done and it could take another 2 hours. He had just received a loaner car back and quickly offered it to me, which was great because I had work to do at home. Ron called me as soon as the car was ready. My wife and I returned the loaner late afternoon. My wife came with me yo get assistance programming her phone to our car. Again, Ron offered to help us. Overall, without Ron’s help today we would still have issued programming my wife’s phone to the car. Thank you Ron for all your assistance. You are a top outstanding employee in service.
