It’s nice to have a great group of guys that can communicate to help keep things rolling so to not waste any their customer’s time.
Tyler was incredibly helpful! After I dented a rim the day after I had just bought a new rim because of a different dent, he helped me get the new dent fixed so I wouldn’t have to buy a second wheel. While it took a few visits to get it fully sorted out, he was very helpful, going out of his way to make sure I was taken care of
Great experience!!! Drove from southern WV to buy my RAV4 hybrid. Damon, through calls and texts, had me well prepared for a smooth and speedy purchase. He helped download & connect my phone app, and while driving home I realized he preset my XM radio to a variety of stations... Best salesman ever!!! The finance people were also very nice and, most importantly, competent. They even found a better APR for me. I definitely would be willing to make the trip north again for their impressive service.
