I just acquired my second vehicle from Acura of Seattle. I didn't think they could beat my first visit, but I was overwhelmed with this experience. I've purchased 4 vehicles over the past 15 years from Acura of Seattle, and I have only used their service department for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Anthony Napenias has been my service consultant for more years than I can remember. You couldn't ask for a better service consultant than Anthony. Anthony is extremely professional and courteous, yet also very personal. I consider Anthony part of my close group of friends. Ironically, I always seem to run into him at random places outside of work. Every time I need to go in for a service, we always catch up on life events and family. Anthony goes above and beyond to get all your service needs covered and never pressures you to spend more money on additional things your car may need, but he will honestly give you his professional advice if you car needs additional servicing or repairs. In all of these years working with Anthony, I have never had any problems with the service dept, and have always felt more than satisfied with all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. sometimes you might feel like the dealer charges more, but even if they do charge a little more on some services, at least you have a better chance of being taken care of at the end of the day if you have any complaints or grievances because they have a reputation to protect. If you go to a generic mechanic and/or shop to save a few bucks and experience any problems, they probably won't offer to do what it takes to make you happy and make things right.
