2021 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

I love Springfield Mitsubishi but here is an Opportunity to improve with the call center when they answer and schedule these services that they are actually at the right location. If the guy from the Springfield location couldn’t take me, I would have to cancel the appointment that I had already missed at the Yeadon location because I had to go to work. Being able to schedule online also needs to be updated. Overall service was great.

I was very hesitant about going here, I received mixed reviews. But my experience turned out to be very good. Not only I was able to trade my car in, but I also got an SUV which was the vehicle I wanted. I appreciate the service. My car payment and interest rate are a little high but nothing too crazy.

Calvin was great he explained everything every step of the way. He told me he would do his best to get me into a car and he did inspire of me owing so much on my other car and my credit not being the best. He even allowed me to go get my son and come back and pick up where we left off. This was the best service at a dealership I have ever had Calvin made me feel welcome i couldn’t ask for anything better. Thanks Calvin!!!
