2022 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

Was looking at one of their trucks online. Called and spoke with the operator and requested a sales rep to send me some additional pics/video. Took a few days, but once I was contacted by Jesse he did a great job of communicating and following up. As weird luck would have it, they sold the truck while I was driving over (90 miles) to very likely buy it myself!? The Sales Manager Tip Thames insisted on filling up my gas tank for my time and trouble driving over there - classy move!! Very nice guys to deal with….Maybe next time.

I bought a car unseen from the Seattle area through Bryan in Alabama. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bryan and this dealership. He constantly checked in with me and kept me posted on the status of the vehicle. They also have a customer care department who reached out to me to see if all my needs were being met. I haven't seen this kind of service at a dealership in over a decade. Congrats to this team and I'll definitely think of them for future purchases, even being on the west coast.

We couldn't be more pleased. The service was amazing. Ben was able to get our Mercedes-Benz RV in their shop and have it back on the road within two hours after we broke down in Montgomery. The service was prompt, dealership was clean and nice, waiting area was comfortable and all staff were friendly. They took a scary situation and turned it around very quickly and we were able to drive home that day.
