Service at this location is the best I have ever experienced (and I have lived in four states with this same car!). Assistant service manager Tami took her time to transparently explain the pricing and what needed to be done and why, and mechanic Brandon did as well with his service video. Superior staff!

We had a great experience at Rick McGill’s. They were very transparent with pricing, but were also willing to work with us. They communicated as needed while we waited for our vehicle to arrive at the dealership and we felt well informed. Audrey Hopkins was fantastic. She was warm, friendly, extremely thorough and just easy to work with. If we need another car in the future we will definitely come to her. We are thrilled with our new 4Runner and would definitely recommend Rick McGill’s to anyone in the market for a car.

From the moment I drove into the service area I noticed this dealership was a good one. The service advisor I had was awesome and I felt like I mattered to him. Great experience, I’ll definitely be going back for service in the future.
