Wow! I had an amazing experience at Acura #columbusohio in Dublin! The team has been exceptional, from lease to purchase, financing, ongoing service, and support. New tires today and winterization. I cannot recommend my sales rep, Vaughn, at Acura Columbus enough. He listened to my needs and goals and walked me through options to help me achieve those goals. He was compassionate, attentive, and efficient. The whole process went much faster that I expected, and everything was well coordinated between Vaughn and the finance team member, Ashton. I will continue to lease/purchase Acura vehicles from Acura Columbus in the future.
