The financing department was exceptional in explaining the contract and stipulations. Any questions we had. They answered and made sure I was a satisfied customer. The manager was very helpful. I have some very serious transmission issues for my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid that has been going on for years so I went to Sheehy and the representative Marcus Williams handled my situation truthfully with kindness. My bill was high, but the car needed fixing really badly. My service was classy. He gave me a little discount of my high bill had a shuttle service.
