2021 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

I bought my Kia here and it was a good experience so I’ve kept coming back for all my repairs and maintenance over the years. As a woman it’s so important to me to patronize places that make me feel safe and not taken advance of. And this place is that place!!!!! From buying a car to having it serviced I’ve never had a moment of anxiety in this establishment. Anthony, my service consultant is a literal saint and his demeanor and clear communication always put me at ease. Jeremy, my mechanic, is so incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking. The guys in the parts department were so nice to me when I lost my keys and had to get A new one made. All in all I always feel well taken care of and I feel that everyone is advocating on my behalf all the time. I can’t say enough nice things about everyone on the staff!!! Everyone deserves a raise and an award!!

Their service department is very good. It’s pretty easy to get an appointment online and everything is done quickly. I usually drop off my car for maintenance with Horacio Loomis on Saturdays, he quickly checks me in, texts me for an approval for the requested services, answers any questions I might have and car is usually ready within 2-3 hours. Last time he wasn’t able to reach my maintenance coverage company on Saturday, so he called them on Monday, confirmed everything and I’ve got my refund. He’s the best!

Highly recommend!! I visited several car dealerships before finding Lokey and I couldn't be happier. I immediately felt at ease with the staff as I could tell they genuinely cared about my needs. They helped me find a great car and made the whole process super easy. Everyone I talked to was very welcoming and helpful, but I especially want to shout out Safari and Panell for all their help.
