2021 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

When I walked into the dealership, everybody was invitingly friendly, and the first salesman I seen I walked up to. I said I’ve been misrepresented by another dealer in man down about a vehicle they had and they lied to me. I’d already looked at this tundra online and I was going to use it for back up. I told him I’ll take that but I’ve gotta take my girls to the hotel and get them. To the hotel and I’ll come back tomorrow about 1 o’clock and buy it. Everything worked out like a Swiss watch. Everybody’s very honest here I appreciate everything you did for me.

Had an amazing experience at this dealership. In my personal experience this was the easiest and friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with at a car dealership. From the transparent and quick communication from Oscar in online sales. I was coming from out of state to purchase a car here and he was so helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Once in Bismarck I was received by Brad who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Once again going above and beyond to make the car buying experience great. Cody in finance was very quick and transparent with the entire signing documents part of the process. Overall a 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I myself would definitely give them my business again.
