I worked with Oscar, a service representative, and he was very polite, professional, and listened to what I was concerned about, even though there was one issue I'd forgotten to mention on our initial call, when I'd scheduled the service appointment. He worked with me and said if they could get to the additional issue, they would fit me in. I had to wait on my vehicle and it was completed in very short order. He'd worked up an estimate of repair on the forgotten issue and once I'd approved it, they had it completed within 30 minutes. He even had my truck washed. Good job, Oscar! Everyone there seems to be quite friendly and helpful. I was trying to make a cup of their courtesy coffee and the coffee maker was acting up and one of the workers there reset the coffee maker and it started working fine. It's my new preferred RAM dealership.
This was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership! In less than 24 hours from my initial inquiry, I was in my brand new Jeep. Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would give this team a million stars if I could! Marquis was great in helping us get the best deal and we appreciated that. Brendon was very helpful and responsive as well.
