2020 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The team is friendly knowledgeable and sincere. There was never any hint of pressure and not once did they portray the stereotypical worst persona we have likely all experienced on the same street. The Mgr. Brian and his staff take a lot of pride in being a family owned dealership and it showed in the 3 visits I made before buying. I took my RDX was repairs and it turned pout to be under extended warranty. Thomas was my service advisor. He took care of everything kept me apprised of everything in a timely manner. In his absence, Ashley helped me. Thorough professionals.

I had been shopping for well over 6 months for a new car. I knew what I wanted, the negotiating was the problem. Dealership markups are crazy right now and it’s even worse when you walk in. You just know you’re not getting a good deal. Until I came across here. Once I found the RDX that I wanted, Tina helped me out. Mind you I was still going back and forth with 3 different dealerships and yet none of them could come close to here. Tina never made me feel pressured or gave me any fluff with any “deal.” You know, the deal that really isn’t a deal but they hope you haven’t done your research and accept. No matter how many I reached out to, this dealership gave me the best price. I felt welcomed and signing was easy. She didn’t try to sell me any more stuff. I felt good about my experience here and I love my car. I definitely recommend this dealership.
