Called the day prior to set up a time to drive a used car. Got there, met w Todd. He had the Acura I was interested in ready to go for a test drive. I had a price in mind-very close to asking - and they were able to accommodate that. 2 hours later, I took the car home. Everyone (sales and finance) were professional and efficient. No problems.
