2019 Acura RDX Advance Package SH-AWD

I cannot begin to say enough nice things about my experience with this dealership. Alvin, Eric and Dwayne were exceptional! The whole experience was low pressure, they communicated well and were fair. They made the car buying experience so easy. I came into the dealership as a skeptic, based on experiences at other dealerships and left thinking that I never want to buy from a different dealer again! Living in the city for 35 years this is my first purchase from Coggin Acura and I have had nothing but a great experience from the moment I walked into ft pierce Acura. Andy, my salesman and was very patient and informative while my wife and I test drove 3 vehicles. Andy even made himself available to take my call weeks after the sale for quick questions about the car. Last week Acura completed my 24’ Integra’s first service. Each time I have been met with exceptional customer service, compassion, and hospitality. One minor hiccup was quickly resolved without hesitation by the service manager, Carlos, who has been readily available each time I reached out. I feel confident doing business with Ft Pierce Acura and can honestly say they have a proven track record with me so far and deserve nothing but 5 stars. I would recommend this dealership to close family and friends.

I originally went for an Infiniti that you guys had but unfortunately the car was too much so I was unable to get it but my salesman Carlos Narcisse and the financial guy Jay was extremely helpful and helped me get into an even better car which was an Acura. He was extremely patient, helpful, respectful, professional and funny. He made this one of the smoothest car buys ever. I would 100% recommend him to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car. The 2 1/2 hour drive there and back was 100% worth it.
