This is a review of my experience with sales only, I have not interacted with the service dept. I purchased my '24 X3 M40i from BMW of Fort Wayne. It was a factory order with Performance Center Delivery and still probably the most pain-free car buying experience I've had. My CA, Libby Somers, was awesome to work with. It was a long process, but she never failed to be patient, helpful and kind. There were no games and I never felt pressured. The times when Libby wasn't available the rest of the team, especially Sarah and Caleb, jumped right in to make sure my questions were always answered and I was never left waiting. This was my first "luxury car" experience and it was exactly what I hoped it would be. I will not hesitate to go back to BMW of Fort Wayne when it's time for my next purchase. Thank you to everyone there for helping to make my dream car a reality!
