Advisor Roland Murphy is AWESOME! Roland provides speedy and amazing customer service. He’s real. He’s friendly and not fake. He’s informative and not pushy. Best Honda advisor I have experienced and I have been to many Honda dealerships. I purchased my Honda Pilot new in September 2008 and have only brought it to Honda for service. As you can see, my Pilot had 20 miles on it and it now has almost 200K miles!

INCREDIBLE experience! We recommend Girma. 10/10 customer service, extremely personable, and turned a terrible experience at a previous Chantilly Honda dealership, into a much better one! My husband bought me a push present as I approach 9 months of pregnancy. Girma heard our desires and about our experience at a different dealership, and he did everything he could to meet our needs and definitely exceeded them. We are so grateful!
