2023 Acura RDX Advance Package SH-AWD

This is the 3rd new Acura I've purchased with Jay Kraus at Acura of Omaha. He has exceeded in all levels of customer service and taken great care of me. I've recommended him to several friends who have also used his services. Can't recommend him enough.

Jay Kraus is the man. Long overdue review. My experience at Acura Omaha was excellent- would rate 6/5 stars if I could. Jay was responsive far after hours, helped with questions post sale. Everything transparent, hassle free. Ryan in finance was great. They do it right here.

I traded in my car last year and upgraded to an MDX. One year out and I still love it! I debated upon the warranties upon purchase but did get those with use already. The service department is beyond excellent! Yesterday instead of a shuttle they provided me with a loaner. They’re so kind, helpful, and nothing less than exceptional. Definitely would recommend them and their excellent service department!
