I purchased my 2023 Land Rover Defender from Chrissy Bashore, salesperson, and Chrissy was absolutely incredible to work with. I did everything online and by phone, so that when I showed up to her office, I would be in and out of the dealership quickly, and I was! Chrissy was friendly, knowledgeable, organized and just an absolute pleasure. I want to give a huge shout out to Eric T, the service manager who took us in. We were on a 3K mile road trip with our MY2022 Defender 110 - with 2/3 of it done; when all of a sudden we got a check engine light. We came in and within 3 hours the team: Saw our car immediately and read the codes / errors. Luckily had the part in stock that was faulty Replaced the new part Even cleaned the car (which had a zillion dead bugs from the trip so far) And everything covered with warranty From the courtesy, the promptness and the overall service - Land Rover Santa Fe service is just top notch.
