2023 Acura RDX A-Spec w/ Advance Package SH-AWD

Jaguar Tallahassee service department has improved tremendously since they first opened last year. The first time my car was there for about 5 months as they only had 1 mechanic. They end up giving me a loaner after the first month and I was very satisfied having transportation to get where I needed to go. My check engine light was on recently and they did a thorough inspection and sent a video with details. I really liked that they included the video with the details. I've worked with Becky Douin each time and she's been very nice and helpful.

Although it was a lengthy time to arrange the service appt. BUT Becky did everything that was asked in a timely manner. She listens to the client and makes sure satisfaction is sustainable to the clients behalf. The only thing is that this facility needs more ASE techs.

Becky Douin is simply the best Jaguar Service Advisor. She made sure that I am fully satisfied before I leave the shop. Truly happy and satisfied
