2024 Acura RDX A-Spec w/ Advance Package SH-AWD

I would like to share my experience with Acura of Avon. Gerry McCormack was the first sales person that came with me to test drive the car I eventually bought. Gerry was the most considerate, kind and informative person you could ever want. Explained everything and more about the car. I felt very comfortable with the process, when normally, buying a car is stressful, especially for a older woman like me. He introduced me to the rest of the team and all went smoothly. I bought a certified used 2017 Acura TLX in 2022. The service was excellent up until the last two years. Then this last week I’m told my care guard, warranty and free oil changes (which were suppose to be free up until 100,000 miles) all expired in February, which is obviously untrue because the just did my last oil change at no charge and did not mention my warranty expiring. Well I spoke to the finance manager and I asked why I wasn’t offered another warranty program and he blatantly said well they run close to $2400-3000.. like I didn’t have the means in doing so. Needless to say. That moment. I drove off went down the street and traded in my car to Hoffman for a new 2023. Guess what Acura of Avon. You lost a customer for life now. Good riddance 2/23: Update. I guess the sayings true, the grass isn’t always greener. So I’ve had the Camry for 3 months, no issues, but it’s no like my Acura so I started looking again. I got approval from my credit union and lo and behold, my credit score is way higher than whst Hoffman said it was!! So this brings me to now, I’m livid. I see a TLX at Acura at Avon and boy since the finance guy left.. what a difference. They were awesome to me!! Monica the sales person, what a pleasure to work with. Finance, business manager. Everything! Now let’s keep this pace going and you got me for life!! Here’s my new 2023 TLX A Spec. I’m in love ????

An amazing experience at Acura of Avon. The service was remarkable and we left with a beautiful MDX! Our salesman Dan and the manager Ron were incredible and super helpful throughout the entire process! Would definitely recommend and will continue to spread the word that Acura of Avon is the best in CT!
