Great experience, fair prices, great service so far! Very pleased to shop at Duval Acura. Also all their used cars are cleaned out and detailed before they try and sell it, unlike A-Toyota… where they show you a dirty smelly vehicle and say we’ll clean it before you drive it off the lot. I don’t know about you but I want to know its potential before I start singing papers! That right there made my mind up! Also made my girlfriend want to switch from her Toyota to an Acura!
I don't leave reviews unless I had a stellar experience. I found a TLX I really wanted at Duval Acura and personally reached out to Matt Sikes after seeing his name mentioned in several positive Google reviews. I received a response quickly and went to test drive it, and a new Integra. It was one of the easiest, friendliest, and genuinely enjoyable car buying experiences I've ever had. Zero pressure, sales games, and every one of my wishes and needs was respected. I ended up coming back that night for the TLX and to finish the buying process, and David in finance was equally smooth and easy to deal with. Transparent, efficient, and no issue with me already having my own financing lined up. Coincidentally, the I bought my car a couple weeks before my birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better gift to myself.
