2024 Acura RDX A-Spec w/ Advance Package SH-AWD

Just WOW! What a wonderful experience it was working with Bill Nash & Dawn. When I first found out the Audi RS6 was no longer in production, I went searching nationwide for a build that had most of the packages I was looking for. I worked with a couple dealers in NY, NJ, & CT & they just gave me the typical salesmen run around to keep my business……once I got done with that drama, I found the closest RS6 build to my original wants & contacted Bill asap. He made sure I had all the information on the car before he took my deposit & got the paperwork started. I never felt pressured to leave a deposit or sign any papers. Bill really took the time to hear my story & made sure pickup worked for both of us. We drove five hours from CT to trailer this beautiful RS6 back home. Bill was with us through the whole process, up until we got the car inside the trailer (secured) & we were ready to take our journey home. Communication & respect were there from day 1 & if I ever need to buy an Audi ever again, I know I’ll be calling Bill. What a wonderful experience!!

I had a very good car buying experience at Audi of Annapolis. I used the TrueCar buying service available through my credit union to price out a rare TT-RS that I was interested in at the dealership and was reached out to shortly after by my salesperson Daina who worked with me throughout the entirety of the process. Daina was very helpful and had good communication throughout the entire process start to finish. She was also laid back at the same time and didn't make me feel any pressure. There were no surprise fees, no pressure from finance to add-on packages or options I did not want, and the overall vibe from the dealership was respectful and laid back. The car was as-advertised, no gimmicks, hidden fees, unwanted add-ons, or pressuring sales tactics. I was able to test drive and look at the car by myself without anyone hovering over me, but at the same time was not in the dark if I had any questions as Daina was very knowledgeable about the Audi brand as well as all of the steps of the sales/purchasing process.
