What a fantastic experience it has been with this dealership! After being at several dealerships over the last few months, this is unequivocally number 1. Emily is easily one of the best salespeople I have come across at any dealership and is extremely friendly and accommodating. She will go above and beyond to meet the customer needs, and I would highly recommend working with her. Ethan is also a cool manager and easy to work with. They are professional and happy here and not overly pushy at all. This place is definitely worth checking out if you want superior customer service and seamlessness when shopping for a car.

From start to finish, Johnson Hyundai delivers! Stopped on a whim to explore the new 2024 Sante Fe with my wife and 4 year old. John Hunter was very egar to help us out. He was very professional and polite, a great employee for our experience! The entire staff was amazing! They were all helpful in keeping my daughter happy! She had snacks from their showroom and we shared a soda together through the purchasing process. Phill Guins, the sales manager was also very amazing to work with, he was just as polite and professional as John was! All in all, a wonderful experience and a home run of a day that ended with a brand new car! We will always be back the Johnson Hyundai because of their supreme custom service and great deals! Our salesman, Tony, was a very transparent and honest man! He asked my wife and I what we needed for our trade-in, and asked what we wanted for a new vehicle. After figuring out the numbers and doing a bit of hagling with the 2nd in command, we got what we wanted. A win-win for the dealership and for us as well. It was a great experience for my wife and I. We were treated very much like we were old family members of Johnson's Hyundai. The acting G.M. actually took time out of her busy schedule and talked with us at length. When our vehicle was not ready as promised, due to a few unforseen issues, the G.M. paid for our lunch, thus allowing her team to finish the work on our beautiful new Palisade. What a 5 star experience! This is our second new vehicle from Johnson's Hyundai, and both times have been stellar experiences. We will continue to purchase our vehicle from Johnson's Hyundai in the future, as I know they will treat the vehicle buying experience for me or my wife with great respect, great pricing, and 5 star service, from everyone involved in the sales process!!
